RECIPE - Moelleux au chocolat

Today I felt like eating heaps of chocolate after I finished my exam. So off to the kitchen.
My brother and I gave my mom a baking book for her birthday a while ago. The book is called "Goe gebakken" from Sofie Dumont what means "baked goods". I had to test the recipes!
Here is my recipe card with a picture of my own moelleux, I'm pretty proud!
